  1. Hello,
I purchased Movie Thumbnailer from the App Store today, but after installing it does not open. I get the following error message:

–Check with the developer to make sure Movie Thumbnailer works with this version of Mac OS X. You may need to reinstall the application. Be sure to install any available updates for the application and Mac OS X.–

    My machine is
-MacBook Pro 64 bit (Core 2 Duo)
    -OS X 10.6.8
    -Fully updated.

    I would appreciate some help.
    Thanks.

  2. I purchased Movie Thumbnailer from the Mac App Store and have run into what looks like a bug: in the settings panel, any changes to the settings on the left side of the panel are not honoured or saved, even when “Set as default” and/or “Apply to all” are checked. That is, the settings for Start Time, End Time, Border Width, Backgroud (sic) and Quallity are ignored.

    I am on a 15″ MBP, 2GHz Intel Core i7, 8GB RAM, Mac OS X 10.8.3.

    1. Thanks for your feedback, I will check and fix the bug as soon as possible,
BTW can you give me your email address for giving you the new version when I fix it.
      Thanks agian
